What better way to cap off your Summer than with a weekend of rustic camping and workshops? You’ll find all the details you need to sign up for our second annual Camp Starlight!
This all-inclusive workshop will be held at the Vernonia Springs Campground 45 minutes west of Portland, Oregon. There will be 2 full days of workshops on Friday and Saturday. There will be morning yoga sessions all three days in gorgeous yoga loft in the straw bale log structure. All meals, Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast, are provided onsite with dietary restrictions accommodated.
Important Accommodation Information
Camp starlight is a rustic retreat with the majority of campers staying in tents on site. If you are uncomfortable camping, this may not be the retreat for you. There are lovely showers and bathrooms for everyone to use. There are 5 yurts and 5 side-wall tents available on a first come first served basis. If you are planning to share a yurt or side wall tent, only one person in your party needs to register for one. Others in your party need only sign up for a tent site and then notate on the registration form that they are sharing a yurt or side wall tent. Please visit the Vernonia Springs website for specific information on the yurt layouts. (Please note, we are not allowing RV's at this time.) There are a limited number of spaces for those who would like to camp with us, but not participate in workshops.
You must provide your own transportation to and from the site. Vernonia Springs is about 45 minutes -1 hour from Portland by car.

Thursday Dinner: Ground Turkey Tacos with corn tortillas, cabbage, tomatoes and salsa. Black Beans and Brown Rice. Lemon Blueberry Cake
Friday, Saturday, Sunday Breakfast: Fresh ground local French roast coffee or tea with cream and raw sugar. Fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, assortment of nuts and dried fruit, bagels with cream cheese, whole wheat toast, oatmeal (soy, almond and 2% milk) and scrambled eggs.
Friday and Saturday Lunch: Made to order barbequed burgers: choice of salmon, black bean, or ground sirloin with condiments: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese and buns Quinoa, Avocado and Spinach Salad Kettle Chips
Friday Dinner: Caprese Pasta Gluten free Spiral pasta with heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, parmesan cheese, olive oil and balsamic vinegar Caesar Salad French Bread Gluten Free Carrot Cake
Saturday Dinner: BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders with large buns (vegetarian and gluten free option is jack fruit pulled pork substitute) Coleslaw Mandarin Oranges and Spring Green Salad
