Level 2: You can cast on, knit, purl, increase, and decrease.

This beautifully designed boxy sweater by Joji Locatelli is a flattering shape for all bodies and features top-down, seamless, in-the-round , positive-ease and 3-4 sleeve elements. Students will learn to read a schematic, determine gauge, understand ease, knit in the round, increase/decrease, rib with a V-neck, and learn a simple short row technique. Even if you have never knit a sweater before, this is an excellent first sweater project and it works up fast in DK weight yarn.

Instructor: Kim Winter

Materials: Understated sweater pattern, DK weight yarn in quantity for chosen size, 32” circular needles required to achieve gauge, stitch markers, one removable stitch marker, and a tapestry needle
